It showcases the historic routes of explorers sailing the seas of Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia with their political borders. This beautiful art portrays the explorers and map markers of the 17th century at the bottom corners. The Ancient Greek God Zeus, the God of Sky, Lightning, and Thunder appear on the upper corners hurling thunderbolts and the wind blowing in his chosen direction.
