Refund & Return Policy
Consumer rights policies in the UAE govern our refund policy.
Customers can return goods for a refund (or for a repair, replacement, or a credit note) if the item:Â
- Has a defect in the item,
- Is not the same as described, or on a label or sign, or in an advertisement, or does not match the sample they were shown;Â
- It is not suitable for the customer's intended use as described before they bought it.
- Refunds will be made through the Original Mode of Payment.
RETURN POLICY FOR READY-TO-WEAR COLLECTION
We take customer satisfaction very seriously and want you to have a shoe that is in every sense the perfect fit. We offer an easy return service for all Ready-To-Wear collection products within 15 days of delivery.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item you no longer wish to keep and forward the details of your new order to sales@kingstraders.com.
We'd recommend that you try the shoes on a carpet before wearing them outside or on rough surfaces. All returned goods need to be in perfect condition and should be with their original packaging. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns if they are not in perfect condition.
RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM SHOE (MADE-TO-ORDER) COLLECTION
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Exchanges can be made if the sizing is incorrect or if there is a defect in the item. Â
- Returns requests must be emailed to us with clear and bright pictures in .JPG marking the damage and date of delivery.
- Exchange requests must be made within seven days of product delivery.
- Ensure you try the shoes on a carpet to avoid scratching the soles. The product must have been unworn and unaltered.
- We do not cover return shipping costs.
- If we accept your return request, we must receive your item within 30 days of our Approval of the return.
