Q1. From where do Kingstraders source their leather?

We use European leather and wonderfully combine colors and use modern stitching techniques to add of grace and strength to the final product.

Q2. Where are your shoes manufactured?

Kingstraders shoes are manufactured in India by traditional shoemakers who make shoes from scratch with hand.

Reasons for selecting India for manufacturing are highly skilled workforce, Major Brands Marks & Spenser, Zara, Parda etc use India for manufacturing their leather collection, Fast Delivery, Quality Control and Economical.

Q3. How do I know my size?

At Kingstraders, we follow India/UK sizing. But still in case you are not able to find your size, just measure your foot length and share with us, our experts will guide you your right size.

Q4: What all type of varieties are available for Loafer shoes?

We have a versatile range of Loafer shoes such as Penny (short strap stitched with a cut-out), Saddle (long strap stitched with a cut-out), Tassel, Unlined/Lined, Split Toe, Wing Cap, Long Wing, Butted / Hand Pulled up Apron.

Q5: What all varieties are offered by Oxford shoes?

We have an exclusive range of Oxford shoes available as Whole Cut, Toe Cap, Full Brogue, Semi Brogue, Quarter Brogue and Spectator.

Q6: What all variations are available for Monk starp shoes?

Custom made monk strap shoes are available in many variations such as Double Buckle, Single Buckle, Wing cap, Toe Cap, Plain Front and Spectator.

 

Pricing

Q1: Kingstraders.com and King's Corner store offer same range and prices?

No both of them are independent. Price/discounts applicable to one may not be same for the other.

Q2: Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on delivery option is applicable only for UAE customers.

Q3: Who are your courier partners?

We use our in-house transport facilities for Dubai deliveries. For the delivery in rest of Emirates we use Continental Courier Service. It generally takes 3-5 days of transit time.

Q4: What payment options do you accept?

We accept Cash on delivery and also accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency).

Q5: Is my online purchase 100% fraud proof?

We ensure the safety of every transaction and sale as we use SSL certificates and PCI compliant payment gateway for our transactions.

Q6: How much time will be taken for the product delivery?

It will take 4-5 days to reach the product to you after the product confirmation.

Q7: Can I choose my own shipping method?

yes, you can use your own preferred shipping method - please contact us on sales@kingstraders.com. Extra charges may apply in this case.

Q8: Do you offer your products and services to OFAC sanctioned countries?

Kings traders do not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

 

Refunds/Return

Q1: Do you have any return policy?

Yes, we offer a very easy and simple return process on all orders within a limited time period of 7 days after the product is delivered. To enable returns, please try the shoes on a surface like a carpet where the sole would not get scratched. Unfortunately shoes with soiled/scratched soles won't be eligible for returns.

Q2: What if the product received was damaged?

Don't worry, you can opt for replacement or return in case the product delivered is not up to your expectations.

Q3: How will the money be refunded, if the order was returned?

All the refunds will be made via original mode of payment.
