At Kings Traders, we partner with the world's finest shoemaking regions.

Our custom-made shoes are handcrafted in Spain by master artisans skilled in hand-applied patina and Goodyear welted construction, carrying forward centuries-old traditions of fine shoemaking with passion, precision, and pride.

Q3. How do I determine my correct  size?

We follow standard India/UK sizing conventions. However, if you're uncertain about your size, simply measure the length of your foot (heel to toe) and share the measurement with us. Our team will personally guide you to your perfect fit, ensuring comfort from the first wear.

Q4: What loafer styles do you offer?

Our loafer collection celebrates timeless elegance through three iconic styles — classic Penny Loafers with the signature diamond cut-out, refined Tassel Loafers, and distinguished Metal Bit Loafers. Each pair is crafted to be customized, allowing your personal style to shape every detail.

Our Oxford collection represents the pinnacle of formal footwear craftsmanship. Choose from the sleek Whole Cut (a single piece of leather), sophisticated Toe Cap, distinguished Full Brogue (with decorative perforations), refined Wingtip Brogue. Each style available for bespoke customization.

Q6: What monk strap variations can I design?

Monk straps offer a sophisticated alternative to traditional laced shoes. Our collection includes Double Buckle and Single Buckle foundations, which can be customized with elegant Toe Caps, sleek Plain Front designs, or distinctive Spectator two-tone styling. Mix and match elements to create your signature look.

Q1: Kingstraders.com and King's Corner store offer same range and prices?

No both of them are independent. Price/discounts applicable to one may not be same for the other.

Q2: Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on delivery option is applicable only for UAE customers.

Q3: Who are your courier partners?

We use our in-house transport facilities for Dubai deliveries. For the delivery in rest of Emirates we use Continental Courier Service. It generally takes 3-5 days of transit time.

Q4: What payment options do you accept?

We accept Cash on delivery and also accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency).

Q5: Is my online purchase 100% fraud proof?

We ensure the safety of every transaction and sale as we use SSL certificates and PCI compliant payment gateway for our transactions.

Q6: How much time will be taken for the product delivery?

It will take 4-5 days to reach the product to you after the product confirmation.

Q7: Can I choose my own shipping method?

yes, you can use your own preferred shipping method - please contact us on sales@kingstraders.com. Extra charges may apply in this case.

Q8: Do you offer your products and services to OFAC sanctioned countries?

Kings traders do not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Refunds/Return

Q1: Do you have any return policy?

Yes, we offer a very easy and simple return process on all orders within a limited time period of 7 days after the product is delivered. To enable returns, please try the shoes on a surface like a carpet where the sole would not get scratched. Unfortunately shoes with soiled/scratched soles won't be eligible for returns.

Q2: What if the product received was damaged?

Don't worry, you can opt for replacement or return in case the product delivered is not up to your expectations.

Q3: How will the money be refunded, if the order was returned?

All the refunds will be made via original mode of payment.
